When a passenger brings with himself additional merchandise to their luggage and merchandise, by the excessive merchandise, will have to transact his import and pay the corresponding taxes.

For the import of the excessive merchandise, there are two procedures: a) simplified procedure of passengers; b) import by means of customs declaration transacted by conduit of a customs agent.
