What can I import under the simplified procedure for passengers?

One or several merchandise that have a total value non bigger than 3.000 dollars, which are not prohibited and that are not subject to permissions.
When between the merchandises that the passenger brings with himself, a computer is included instead of the 3.000 dollars, the total value of the merchandise will not have to exceed 4.000 dollars (instead of the 3.000 above mentioned).
Through this procedure you will be able to import:
Up to six liters of alcoholic beverages and/or wine, in which case you will pay a global rate of 90% of taxes on the value of the merchandise.
Up to 50 cigars, in which case you will pay a global rate of 239% of taxes on the value of the merchandise
The goods that are subject to permissions or other regulations, could not be concerned under this procedure.
